We have several complete IFR packages that we can tailored to suit your needs, whether this will be your initial IFR rating, a renewal, or training flights to retain currency, we have you covered. Let us know if you prefer all your training in helicopters, or a combination of helicopters, airplanes, and flight simulators. Whatever your preference, we can make it work.
We have multiple aircraft set up for instrument training, utilizing both traditional instruments paired with a Garmin 430W enabled GPS, or a modern Garmin G500H glass cockpit display paired to a Garmin GTN 635 GPS and Helisas autopilot.
Our location at CYKF gives us access to 4 ILS, 3VOR, and 18 RNAV approaches within 30 minutes of flying time from our school. A full procedure ILS, and 4 RNAV approaches are available right at CYKF for immersive and cost-effective training.
We have on-site accommodation available for budget-conscious students. There are also many hotels minutes from the school.
